INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) comprises coordinators of AICTE approval committees, ISO audit teams, accreditation committees, and other quality-related activities. The audit process ensures consistent monitoring and enhancement of educational standards through systematic guidelines for both faculty and students.
PURPOSE: The IQAC is established for planning, guiding, and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities within the institution. It acts as a catalyst to streamline and institutionalize the college’s efforts toward academic excellence.
Functions of IQAC
- Development and application of quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
- Collection of feedback from students, parents, and stakeholders on quality-related processes.
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of technical education.
- Organization of inter and intra-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes.
- Documentation of programs and activities leading to institutional quality improvement.
- Development and maintenance of an institutional database for quality management.
- Creation of a dedicated IQAC section on the institutional website for regular updates.
